Well I am happy that something is being done with our taxes in Fort Lauderdale but what we need it true reform that will address all the residents of Fort Lauderdale both part time and full time. Our market in many ways has been investor driven and Crist did virtually nothing to address investors in Fort Lauderdal. Well lets see what happens but we need more than just a super homestead!!!
