Well after 10 days our government has put together a

tax plan addressed at helping the high property taxes

that have plagued Fort Lauderdale residents. This

bill will increase the homestead exepmtion by to $50,000

and will allow present home owneres (portability) of their present 

homestead. My thoughts are this is not as good as 

the first proposal and still does not address first time

homebuyers, second home buyers and investors. Charlie Crist dissapoints
